Formed in 2015, Cleaning Angels provide cleaning services for homes and businesses alike within Thanet and the surrounding areas.
With a high attention to detail and professional dedicated cleaners, we are ready to be your cleaning partner for all those jobs that you would rather have done professionally.
We work with a wide range of AirBnB property owners, commercial organisations and homeowners and are happy to give that clean sparkle in every room of your property.
Since 2015, owner Helen Sefton has built Cleaning Angels by doing things in the right way. Each cleaner has patience, dedication, are trustworthy, and pay attention to details. The cleaners are a loyal workforce, bringing continuity to our clients, as we try to have a dedicated cleaner in as many cases as possible per customer.
All our cleaners are DBS checked (Disclosure and Barring Service) and as a company we are fully insured, with both employee and public liability insurances.
Here at Cleaning Angels, we are happy to accept payment by cash, by bank standing order or by BACS bank transfer.
Not all our clients require invoices, but we are always happy to provide them where they are required.
All our cleaning contracts are managed by founder and business owner, Helen Sefton who has a long career behind her of managing staff and clients across a range of sectors.

Once you have got in touch with us, we will arrange to come and see you for an 'Initial Chat' which on most occasions will be attended by business owner, Helen as well as your new dedicated cleaner. During that visit, we will carry out a full assessment of your property so we can understand what work is involved and come up with a competitive price for you.
We will discuss how often you want us to come and visit you and of course your preferred time, which we will always do our best to meet.
On top of our standard cleaning services there are also a wide range of extras and we will discuss these with you to see whether they will of any benefit to you.
Once our visit is complete and we have answered any questions that you may have, we will go away and send you an email covering everything that we have discussed with the costs of providing that service.
Once Cleaning Angels start working with you or your company, we actively encourage you check you are happy with the level of service provided, and let us have your feedback.
It is not just your cleaner who you will see. Business owner, Helen loves to engage with clients and will carry out spot checks from time to time. It is important to us at Cleaning Angels that our cleaning is of the highest quality.
